MEET NAWAL ALNUAIMI

A visionary chef, entrepreneur, and consultant, who transitioned from a government IT professional to a celebrated culinary artist. After leaving a career as Head of Information Security, I founded Paper Fig in 2015, transforming it from a home-based dessert shop to a renowned restaurant and catering company in Sharjah. My culinary creations, inspired by global flavors with an Emirati touch, have garnered acclaim at events like the UAE Annual Meeting 2022 and the World Economic Forum in Davos.
