Blossom Feast began as a sketch before I even rented the shop for Paper Fig. Initially called "The 4 Elements," the concept was there, but I wasn’t satisfied with the creation. A trip to London introduced me to ribose tea, whose calming and sweet notes inspired me. This was my first encounter with flavor pairing, a concept that now guides my culinary creations daily.
