I was honored to welcome Her Highness Sheikha Jawaher bint Mohammed Bin Sultan Al Qasimi to Paper Fig Sharjah to launch The Big Heart Foundation Éclair. Since opening, I’ve received immense support from the government and community, and it was fitting to give back during the UAE’s Year of Giving in 2017.

Recognized for my artisanal desserts, I chose the éclair to pay tribute to The Big Heart Foundation. Inspired by Her Highness’s suggestion during her 2016 visit to improve my éclairs, I traveled to France to refine my skills.

I support The Big Heart Foundation’s vision of protecting and empowering the vulnerable, aligning with their mission to improve the lives of children and families through advocacy and humanitarian efforts, especially in the Arab world.
